I have payed for items i have won on ebay using my credit card on paypal, but it now seems that because i have a sellers account with paypal and a balance in there over 100 euros, each time i pay for items now, they take the money for the ebay item i have won from the paypal account balance.

Am i right in saying that this is the case if a paypal account balance is over 100 euros, because the last item i paid for was when i had a balance of about 85 euro in my paypal account, and the payment for the item i had won came from my credit card and not from my balance in the paypal account.

Thanks for any info you can give me.

When you are paying for something, you can normally select which funds you want to use, either your credit card or funds directly from your Paypal account (which would be set to default if you have enough to cover it). It would be shown under More Funding Options just before you confirm making the final payment in Paypal.
