Running Water

Has anyone experienced water running out in the middle of a shower? This happened this morning to us and wondered if this has happened to anyone else. If so was it because the actual water tanks are too small? This is the 2nd time water (hot) has run out on us.

Check taps red handles in the hotpress all should be turned on also check the pump is switched on or working it can get airlocked if its off.P.M.me if this doesn't work thereis plenty of supply it has nothing to do with the tanks as the tanks are mains fed.
