Computer Courses for Senior Citizens

    Does anyone know of computer courses that are run specifically for senior citizens to introduce them to basic computer use, internet and email ?

    I saw something about it on telly a few weeks ago - it might have been on Nationwide ? Does anyone remember ?

    The ECDL is free I think, you could check out here anyway, its fairly basic but just so you know to have a look.
