Gmail problems with firefox

As the title suggest, anytime i log into gmail using firefox (1.5 and now 2.0) it freezes. It only started about 3weeks ago, i dont know if it is down to the mac (macbook) , firefox or gmail itself. when i use safari its fine but it wont display the googlechat, i think the googlechat is crashing firefox on me. :confused:…

it is fine until the google chat window loads, then gets slow and poof! crashes, il try the link when i get back to my mac, using a mates lapy at the moment

Another option is turning off chat, not sure if this is appropriate to you or not - I couldn't survive without it!
