Hi, I'm just wondering if somebody with a van (I'm not sure if it being a large panel van etc makes a difference) and commercial insurance could ring up their insurance company and ask how much it would be to upgrade their license to allow hire and service, in particular, delivering goods. Just want to see if it's cheaper…

Hi,
I'm just wondering if somebody with a van (I'm not sure if it being a large panel van etc makes a difference) and commercial insurance could ring up their insurance company and ask how much it would be to upgrade their license to allow hire and service, in particular, delivering goods. Just want to see if it's cheaper to go for the courier insurance type or to get commercial and then upgrade as I'm finding it very hard to get a quote on using a van for a delivery service:(
