    Hand 1:

I have 800, villain covers. Folded to me in CO, i make it 21 with AcKc, sb and bb call.
Flop Q48, 2clubs, check check, i bet 48, villain in sb reraises All-in.
Villain hasnt got outa line, and has VPIP bout 35% over 40hands. Easy fold?

    Hand2:
CO again, different villain who is slightly loose, but not majorly fish. again vpip bout 40%.

I make it 21 with AQ, sb call, and villain bb calls. Flop J45, check check i bet 48, just bb calls
Turn Q...villain open pushes for 320...I?

    easy fold

btw you'd want to mix your play up a bit more imho

    Both folds for me.

I'd like to call the first one though.

yeah i love to call the first one as well but its a fold for me.
second one really depends, with out a ready on villain its a fold so unless i know villain plays a particular type then i would fold.

also in hand one check behind here from time to time.
tthis way your cbets would get more respects and also if flush card comes they may not give you cridet as they would expect you to bet it here.
the more chances your hand has of improving the more you can lean towards checking behind here.not always but mix it up between your semi/blufss and checking behind here.

You could be a big fave in the first one (if he has something like 6c7c/9cTc). I would be very tempted to call most especially because his move looks like a big draw.

Is this not mixing up my play by betting the exact same amounts with 2 totally different flops for my holdings? I bet 48 when i flop the nut draw with 2overs, and i bet 48 when i miss the board totally...does this not mix up my play and make me difficult to read based on betting patterns?

Fuzz, in hand 1 how often you think im against a set or AQ/KQ here? You think a call can be profitable in the long term?

Yeah I was thinking this. Would be interested to know which two cards are the clubs, if it is Qx8c4c I would be more likely to call.

yeah its a weird one ,cuz even though his move looks like a big draw but the stacks are deep enough for a big draw to put in a huge reraise here not making it look so out of place.
on the other side a draw would be the only hand that would remotly make sense with this move...
what was your M at this stage?:D

Hand 2 villain will often have a draw or a lone Jack (like AJ/KJ)

Sorry, in work so cant see PT for which cards were clubs. Just very interested in who calls, i figure a set here or AQ mostly, is this poor reasoning from me?

Hand 2 is such a weird line by villain, and i folded, but imo i shoulda called. Hector is right, id say he has a lone J here plenty or a draw. If he has set/2pair it makes no sense as to the open shove, why not let me bet again. He said he had AQ btw

I call hand 1 and fold hand 2 without any reads.

Folding both of these is not horrible

    In hand 1
Although i personally will reraise a continuation bet on that board with a weaker holding than your AK fd I think too many times this is a stronger hand than yours

hand one could go either way but it does look more like a draw than anything else so i might call
hand two i fold straight away

    Call both, esp the first.
