60 Hours since response from Titan Poker

    Hello,

    I started playing at Titan poker about 2 weeks ago. Anytime i got disconnected (not sure if it was on my end or there end) My balance at the table would completely disappear, i couldnt get back into the table and the money wouldnt re-appear for up to 20 mins. In the beginning i pinged support because i didnt know it would re-appear and they told me the best they could do is send an email to support and i would get a reply within 48 hours. I let them know my disappointment at the time because i had most of my balance at that table and taught i wouldnt be able to play there again for 2 days. They tried to offer me a free token to relodge money for entry to a freeroll tourney....wow but whats the point when my money disappears if i disconnect (although the disconnect problem is rare)

    But anyway i could live with that problem but then when i tried entering a tourney, it charged my account gave me a notification to prepare to begin tournament and the nothinh happened. I wasnt on the list of players but i was still charged. The same happened again a few minutes later, so i waited a half hour thinking it was like the other problems and the money would return but nothing. I pinged support and they just said email support which i did and got an automated response that i would be contacted within 48 hours. Now i have no response after 60 hours.

    Is this normal or is it bad support and what should i do next, just withdraw the few dollars i have left in protest?

    That's pretty much par for the course with them. I found them really unhelpful, and their consistant response to anything i asked was usually "sorry, no, but why don't you make a deposit and we'll enter you in a freeroll!"

    Well, i got on to ping support again, re-explained all the problems again and guess what the said:

    I can email support on your behalf and you will have a response with 24-48 hours. I told them i wasnt too happy as i was already waiting 60 hours for a response to the first email to which he said there was nothing he could do but the response wouldnt neccessarily be that long its just an estimate.

    I asked him could he forward this conversation to a manager and request that the problem be solved otherwise i would be considering closing my account but he said that id have to send that email myself to close the account but then he couldnt send an email to get my problem solved.

    At this stage i just gave up and told him i would just be closing my account. Hmm, didnt seem to bothered to lose my business. The liquidity there was poor but the tournament setups were excellent imo, does anyone know another site with similar tournament setups.

    Heres a typical setup for a $5-$20 entry fee:

    1,500 chips
    10/20
    15/30
    20/40
    30/60
    50/100
    75/150
    Break
    100/200
    150/300
    200/400
    300/600
    400/800
    500/1000
    Break Etc etc

    All have 10 minute intervals

    So if anyone can recommend a new site that has a similar amount for tourneys i would be grateful

    TITan poker are on the iPoker network. Just join another site .. I have my account on that network with BetFred and as long as you can handle their blinding carpet - they actually have very good customer support and there team are no way as salesman like as I found TITan poker when I tried them out.
