    what do ye reckon the best way to start djing is vinyl or cd turntables???

    theyre all the one basically

    but if i simply HAD to advice something to you, and this is gonna be disagreed with by a lot of people, id say get a set of cdj100s

    theyre basic as you like, BUT when you learn to mix on them you WILL know how to mix properly

    theres no vinyl emulation, so you wont become reliant on touching the platter which is a cardinal sin. youll be 100% reliant on using the pitch slider to make mid mix adjustments, and youll be a far better dj because of it

    What about doing tears, clover tears all while doing 8 click orbits, flares and crabs, man???

    Hes gonna be wanting to doing them...
