    Okay i accidently broke my installation cd. Where can a get new one Fast

    Installation CD for what now? Try the manufacturers website in any case, you can probably download the driver/software/whatever from there.

    I've just dowload window media player 11 and not i need to reinstall my software

    sorry i just installed windows media player 11 and went to get the installtion disc and discovered it had snap in half. now the zen is no longer recognised on my laptop

    Download the driver for your Zen here. Just search by product and you'll get what you need there.

    thanks. i just restored my laptop back so the zen is now working.
