xbmc problem

    hello folks,
    have a small problem,
    i have my xbox modded and have a 250gig hdd inside,
    also have xbmc installed,
    everything was going fine,
    mostly use it as a jukebox,
    have 300 cd's stored or hdd,
    turned it on the other day and can only access 3 cd's ?
    last time i used it all was fine and didnt change anything when i was switching off,
    any suggestions guys ?
    really dont want to have to load everything on again

    go into my files and see if they are still on the hard drive if they are just reinstall xbmc. If not they might have been deleted somehow when you last shut down.

    could be the hard-drive - if its a maxtor, i'd say its busted.

    browse your hard drive via the file explorer in xbmc , your music should be in the f: , see if you can see the files in there , if so you prob have a filter or a specfic view turned on in the music folder.

    sorted guys,
    the skin i was using would not find my music for some reason,
    changed skins and all good in the world again now,
    many thanks for your help guys
