    Hi

Just noticed that Blueface have in the website a new feature called Go Mobile I went to my account but nothing there for the Go Mobile I see the message "Due to popular demand there is a delay in creating your goMobile feature. This will be up and running shortly."

They should also enable that feature from outside Ireland similar so that you dial a local number in the country you are in, similar to what sipbroker offers to dial to other SIP providers.

    Regards

Yeah, I saw this on the Blueface site today as well. Search boards.ie and blueface forumn but found no information.

Seems like a cool product. Cheap cals from your mobile would be great.
I'd LOVE cheap calls TO mobiles. Other companies do it, I hope BF brings it on board soon too.

Blueface have had a little know feature refered to as calling card gateway, which allowed you to dial a dublin number and after entering a pin number call any number using your blueface account. Very similar to the new go mobile services.

I have been using this for around a year from my mobile and have saved a lot of money.

    Nothing really exciting about goMobile.
Calls to 1520 access numbers from mobiles in many cases are cheaper than calls to landlines from mobiles, especially peak time.
And no extra charge (I accept it is small) and no account to set up.
I would say goMobile will face strong competition on this market.

These things work best for people with call bundles. So the call to the 01 number is essentially free. I sometimes use 13434's service that does the same thing but cheaper.

What would certainly get me using it would be if it was a free phone number you call and then your blueface account gets debited but I guess that would cost them too much? :)
Being on a pay as you go vodafone I'd be paying about 40c a minute (peak) to call the 01 number anyway so I suppose it is not that exciting just yet.

Get 2 O2 sim cards, one early bird and the other night owl. Now you pay 15c a minute around the clock for calls to 01 numbers!
