I am just after finished college and hoping to go travelling next year, i have started working in a bar in order to get experience and have been pulling pints for the last month. Problem is i heard that in America and New Zealand (two places i hope to spend time) that you have to have a recognized bar certificate. I have done some research and there are 10 week full time courses and the like offered but i just wanted to know if anyone has heard of a weekend course or parttime certficate you can get? CHeers
