Skype phone to router?

Landline phone packed it in last night, 1 too many falls. Need to urgently get a phone today and would like to get one that also support skype and SIP. Don't mind getting an ATA box for the SIP but would like Skype integrated in the phone. Any of the phones I've seen so far require a PC to be turned on. Is there such a…
