Embedded image in google?

    Folks,
    My brain's not working yet today.
    How would one go about placing an embedded image in gmail?
    I tired using html, but it didn't work.

    If you just click the 'attach file' above the body section then the image will show up in the mail. It won't be 'in-line but will be at the bottom of the sent mail.
    If you want it in-line then I have no idea

    I think there was a way using picasa web feature on the toolbar. You have to post the images into your galleries. But the button seems to have gone from the toolbar.

    I normally just use attachments anyway.
