Apart from DELL Outlet, what online retailers give the best prices on complete PC's? I was linked to one before that starts with a P (I think) and I can't for the life of me find it again. No need for an OS on these systems.

I've gone through the links on the stickeed thread btw.

It was in the eurozone, and a feeling it was Germany. Not jes mind you. They had very good prices for systems without any OS/Monitor.

Could it have been http://www.ankermann-pc.com/en/ by chance? They do pretty good prices on PCs.
