Apologies if this is the wrong forum, my problem is as a student i missed a lecture where the case of Gluckstein vs. Barnes 1900 was discussed. This is a probable question on an exam, and i was wondering if there is any website detailing cases like this (i have tried googling with no success) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't sound familiar to me... what area of law / topic / facts etc and it may be easier to identify the case

It is about the duties of trustees

Unless it is on lexis you won't find it online. Tbh there is no need to read it. I am pretty certain courtney and delany both discuss it in some detail.

Your library may have access to justice.com - If you enter the citation:
Gluckstein v. Barnes [1900] A.C. 240 you will get it. Either that or access the paper based version.
It would probably be sufficient to just read the information on the case in your Company law book. (It is an important legal skill to learn what cases you should not read! ;) )

Its actually justis.com. It really is the best website to get cases for research.I have access to that case and have it up on screen at the moment but I dont know if am able to post it as a link.
