can you not just burp silently?

    or

go to the toilet and get a few out of your system?

In the case of belching it should be handy enough to fire off a few silent
and discreet ones ... disguised as a cough or yawn ... but if its a bottom
burp then thats a different story altogether

Or if your cubicle in work is in any way isolated you could try a one cheek
sneek, and then go for a bit of a wander around the building!

How could you not stomach rennies?A quick chew and they're gone.

Oh and make sure to get a big lunch, if you're really badly hungover it'll be hard to swallow but make yourself do it, along with plenty of water. Maybe take a brief walk after you've eaten and drink plenty of water. You should feel absolutely fine afterwards and the shakiness/uneasy feeling should be gone.
At least thats what worked when I went into work hanging or still drunk.

Yeah i know the feeling ist like when i burp purposly when i try to stop i get a kind of sick feeling and like i want ot burp but cant

best way to get over it is drink something fizzy by gulping (or whatever your method) to get a natural burp and it will go away.

    or

Stick your fingers down your throat
