    I am well aware that this survey is going to do some good but 15 minutes to complete a survey is a bit much.

    Don't be so negative!
    I just completed this survey and it did not take me 15 mins, more like 10. Its about time these issues are being seriously researched here and 10 mins is such little time to give to such a worthy study!
