MMA League Dublin!

The MMA League returns to Dublin on November 18th!

For those who don't know, the MMA League is the perfect way to get started in Mixed Martial Arts. Held on a mat, rather than in a ring, or a cage, with a less intense environment than you'd find at a show, it's a great way to develop your skills and conquer nerves before stepping up to the big time.

Also, if you're just a casual practitioner, but have always wanted to compete but could never find the time due to work, family, (or dietary) commitments, the league is a perfect way to have a bash. I mean, you didn't buy all that Fairtex gear just to walk around the gym did you?

If you've any questions please post here. Full rules and entry forms can be found at www.mmaleague.com, the snail mail address is on the entry form or you can email them to info[at]spartanmma.com.

Four weeks to start training, four weeks to cut weight!

Coaches and instructors, please pimp this event to those in your club who don't frequent the boards.

    Colm

I was hoping to compete in this too but probably won't be able to. I don't have a way to get there. :( I only have a provisional license.

I'm not too familiar with weight divisions, do you have to be the exact weight stated or anywhere between that weight and the next?

Under the stated weight Leo. So if you're going for 75kgs you must be below that. 74.99999 or whatever.
