    Hi guys,

    Any help with this will be hugely appreciated.I am,on my poor old mums' behalf,trying to find the installer disc for an epson stylus cx6600 scanner/printer.She just changed her computer and is unable to find the disc that came with the printer.We have looked online at the epson site and it allowed her to download drivers but it's still not doing the business.

    My question is,does anyone know where I can get either the disc or where I could download the equivalent from??

    Make sure all traces of it are removed before reconnecting it. Sometime my Epson (a different model) old installation is used instead of the new installation.

    Make sure you didn't download the Windows XP 64 bit edition drivers instead of the regular XP ones. Did you delete the printer from Printers and Faxes in Control Panel first?

    I doubt if she deleted anything from the computer.She downloaded whatever was available from the epson site but it was only the driver (I am not sure what that means).What she needs is the installation disc that came with the printer or somewhere it can be downloaded from.

    The only thing you need on the disk is the driver.
