about midway through a live MTT folded round to me on the button.
    I raise.
    SB reraises me all-in.
    BB folds.
SB turns over KK before i have made any decision to call or fold.
is his hand dead for exposing his hole cards?
if not what action should be taken?

Ugh! Obviously it wasn't done intentionally. He showed it because he thought he'd won the pot. His hand is live and you have the option to call his all in.

He turned over his cards as he thought bubbleking had called.

Ruling his hand dead seems fairly harsh...
