Dialer.Generic

I have Norton Antivirus, and it keeps detecting Dialer.Generic, which it says it removes, but It keeps coming back. I've tried scanning it in Safe mode, and I've checked the startup in msconfig, but still it keeps appearing. Does anyone know how to get rid of it for good?

You could try a different viruscan and see if that does the trick, AVG or Anti-Vir. The removal details on Symantec only say to do the full scan and that should work.
