Aerosmith/tribute band ever play Ireland?

    Ok, so I've seen Robert Plant and Stairway To Zeppelin in Dublin, and I accept that I'll never see Led Zeppelin live. :( But number two on my list is Aerosmith, and I think I can see them in my lifetime (and theirs!)

    Have they ever played here?
    Are there any tribute bands playing here?
    Will I have to go to the US for a gig?

    I'd love to hear from anyone who's been to one! :D

    Yeah they played The Point in 93 or 94, did a good show. Were to play again in 98 but cancelled, I think at this stage there just happy to lap up the money in the states, you never know though.

    Aerosmith also played in 1990 for the PUMP tour.
    Twas a great gig, that man has some energy!!
