    I think we can all take this with a big pinch of salt. A member of DS forums sats that "C4 will be on the Irish EPG before Feb 07 but possibly before Christmas." Of course he has no source!

    Misinformation I reckon. We've heard so many "C4 will be on in...." comments now. Personally, I doubt C4 will be available until after their encryption contract with Sky runs out which I think is some time in 2008.

    Of course, it's possible that Sky ran a deal with C4, similar to BBC back in the day but I'm not sure. We'll have to wait and see! :)

    Yeah, it would be great if Channel 4 came onto Sky Ireland, but unfortunately the poster didn't reply to my request for a source for the story. It would seem a little strange that just one person would know about it.

    No C4 isnt free to air, you'll only get it on Sky.
