hmmm they have been going a bit flakey for me off late as well.. The actual round trip time is fine but am getting alot of weird loss.. This strange, it is having major effect on browsing but little or no effect on VoIP or gaming. Happens whether I use Opera or IE. My download speeds also max out no problem but I have problems streaming video. Very odd.

sounds like a screwed up transparent cache JTG (a hidden http proxy server) not anetwork problem per se.

ctrl f5 a page to force a reload and see what happens, is https better than http ???
