2 similar hands that I am unsure of

I was playing in a €50 double stack freezeout with the top 5 getting paid. There are 3 of us left and I have 330k chips, player A has 215k chips and player B has 355k. Blinds are 10/20k and this is the last level of blinds.
The prizes I am not 100% on but I think are as follows:
    1st: Ticket worth €115 and I think €300 cash
    2nd Ticket worth €115 and I think €150 cash
    3rd €100 cash

I am BB and have ATh, SB (Player A)goes all in again, he has being doing this a lot with any A, and suited or unsuited picture cards.
Should I call with the position I am in regards to prizes or maybe wait for someone to get knocked out or wait for a better hand that I am in more control of?
The result is he has A9o and he hits a 9 on the flop, the rest is no help and I am down to 95k.

A couple of hands later I am back up to 220k, and Player A goes all in again and I instand call with AJo, he shows KQs and again hits the flop and I leave in 3rd.

Well I know myself that I made the correct call both times and he got very lucky in the first hand and marginall lucky in the 2nd. I can't help thinking that I should have laid the first one down maybe, but I wanted to win so I thought this was a pertfect opportunity to knock someone out and have a very good chance at first place.

    Opinions??

Don't be second guessing yourself. They're both standard calls. You could find a reason to lay the first one down against a very tight player, but definately not against this opponent. Same for the second one.

Edit: You could do an ICM calculation to prove your calls were +EV, but I don't think there's any point here.

As Lenny said, you're rarely gonna fold those hands when your oppoent has been pushing with all sorts, these situations are always going to be coinflips and there's no way around that unfortunately, in the long run you'll win some and you'll lose some.

Side question, how many people were playing this tourney cause that's hardly a great payout.
There was only 18 I think, but all the entry money was put into the prize fund.

Only 18 and top 5 got paid? Where was this on?

What was for 4th, €70? And fifth, €50?

That's a good payout, is the number of places paid fixed, no matter what the turnout, up to a point anyway?

No, it was only 4 places 2 weeks ago, there was only 14 players then.
Its a double chance tournament with very good blind levels. The standard is pretty good as well.

Yea I know what you are saying, but is there a point in a tournament when you should forget about what your hand is worth preflop? I mean this to apply like when I risked alot of my chips preflop when maybe I did't really need to, even if you are think you are ahead.
For instance i think if i had of sat tighter the other 2 players could have knocked each other out as that is they way they were playing, going all in alot before the flop.
