Hey boardsters....hopefully somebody can help me out...

My sister has just moved to Edinborough after spending a few years travelling around Europe. While she was away she was working in bars and restaurants but is tired of that lifestyle and wants to find some office work. She's finding it really difficult and her money is running out so she's decided to lie on her CV and say she has a few years office work under her belt. She has asked me if she can put me down as a reference and say that she worked in my Company for 2 years. She also wants me to write her up a reference. I don't mind at all I just have no idea how to write a reference, the standard format e.t.c...

Can anybody help me come up with a really great fake reference...ppppplllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeassssssssssssssssseeeeeeee!!!!!

Is it a character reference she wants? There is a difference between a reference that just states the duration of employment and job type and a character reference detailing how you found them as an employee.

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is confrim Mixx Xyz worked for Xyx between the daters of x and y. During her time her, she was found to be hard-working eager and quick to learn.

[quick to learn helps with no exerience]

She was also very punctual and efficent in all aspects of her work and we found her to be...
[Throw in a few characteristcs that will be genuine in an interview, friendly, talkative, cheerful...]. I wold hae no hesitation in recommending her for the position.

    Yours sincerly,

    You.

    NB
Get applicant to make it clear that said company went out of bussiness, so they can't phone and check. Make sure it was a small business and her duties varied.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.
