    Hey all,

I want to hook my laptop up to my tv.

I need a wireless mouse & keyboard so I can just leave the laptop beside the tv and control it from the couch.

The laptop has no PS/2 ports, so I has to be all USB. I bought a MS Wireless set today but the keyboard is PS/2 so its no good to me.

The range has to be around 7-8 feet.

Does anyone know of a good system which both mouse & kboard are usb and that has good range??

Surprising that the Microsoft wireless keyboard was PS2 only if anything these days they should be USB only what model number is it ?

As for alternative suggestions Microsoft & Logitech are the biggest two brands for wireless keyboard & mice really any will do (with a USB connection).

Have a look at Microsoft's & Logitech's websites and see what what appeals to you. The Logitech cordless desktop for notebooks might take your interest but it's not exactly cheap either.

I recently got a wireless MS keyboard and it had a PS/2 connector connected to a USB connector.

Are you sure your setup isn't the same?

    Hey,

The mouse is USB but connected to a PS/2 adapter, the kboard was just ps2.

So I've bought a PS/2 - USB adapter and I'm about to set it up!
