Need Advice System Order from OCUK

    Hi all

    This is directed to anyone that has ordered from Overclockers Uk or anyone that can give me advice. I ordered my new pride and joy system, based on components. Nearly €3000 worth of parts, for my new Conroe E6700 system. I ordered from them last wednesday and i got all the usual automated mails saying order received, then i got order shipped with a shippment number for tracking. so on Tuesday this week, I went on the Parcel force website tried to track it but it comes up with nothing so i rang OCUK to see what the story was. they siad their site maybe down and to call back later which i asked myself why do i have to ring them back!:mad: . so i rang parcel force and they siad they never got that shipping ref number! Rang back ocuk they said they will have to follow up with parcel force and get a reclaim for the package off them. its now a week and a half since i ordered it, OCUK have my money im with out a system now :mad: and i get no statifaction from ringing them. Any one with any ideas!?

    From my experience, don't use the webnotes, just ring them. I had everything in as few days but there was a f*ck-up with 1 order, i had picked posted, not parcelpost. They were having problems with royal mail at the time. I rang them and f*cked them out of it & they sorted it out straight away & upgraded me to parcelpost straight away.

    OCUK are a pita. I stopped using them after they f*cked up several orders. The last was a laptop that too over a month to arrive. I only got it when I told the I'd cancel the order and do a chargeback on the CC.

    Ya i tried F****G them out of it but it doesnt work all they say is the claim is in process and they cant do much about it, this is no good to me i asked for an advanced order but they said they cant do that, oh never again will i order from them, by the looks of it the courier never got the system if they cant see the tracking number on their system!? its a pain in the ass

    mmmm yes i think i might try blasting that accross their bows in a couple of days if i still get the same crap about claims being processed. I mean its not my fault, if they are confident they can reclaim why cant they do an advanced shipment and let them work out the claim in their own time!?
