    its more likley he knew about it but i cant imagine a set of circumstances where he would know of aattack of that magnatude and not evenattempt to stop it, stil we dont know mabe he is a merc?

    its a poassabality i suppose didnt think of it who would nuke there own county then why launch more missiles? i assumed it was a counte=r attack never know mabe next epiosde there will be 2 more detanations in the us
