    Hi There,

Has anyone any experience with the Gaggia Evolution espresso machine?

I believe it works with both the coffee pods and ground coffee - is this the case?

I'd be interested to hear what others think of this machine.

    Thanks,

    Jim :)

Not sure, I have a Gaggia Cubika. Looks like it has similar mechanisms. Says it can work with pods in the manual, but I don't like them. Its not that hard to spoon out some coffee.

Anyway, I find it makes a lovely espresso - and capuccino/latté as well if I want to froth some milk.

I dont think you will get anything near the coffee/espresso you would get in a shop. These small domestic machines dont get the same water/steam pressure through them to deliver top noth coffee.
