Apple Update popped up in XP !?

Earlier today when I turned on the monitor of my desktop PC (Pentium 4
running XP SP2) there was a dialog which looked exactly like the Apple
OSX software update dialog indicating that an update was available
    on my screen.

I have iTunes 7.0 installed on this machine (XP). Is this something new
or might it be a trojan or some evil popup.
I captured a screenshot of the dialog.

I've been trying google. I'll continue that now but jus wondering
if anyone here might be able to shed light on it.

It's included with the new iTunes/Quicktime.
It was a specifically checked option in the install.

    Thanks for that Wiz

Shows you how much attention I paid during the install.
I like the new iTunes interface with the album cover chooser
visualisation thingy. I know it's just eye candy but it is
    used to good effect.
