How many customers will Tribeca lose today?

Another site-wide crash on Tribeca. What really annoys me is that they suspend Manager Chat and the Main Lobby chat room when this happens.....the one time that customers want to talk to support they shut it down. I wonder what Betfair is like ?

Site will be up & running again in 20 minutes apparently. Manager chat is suspended for obvious reasons, 9000 people pinging managers is not going to help the network get back up & running.
