Sky Box Sound Problem

    Looking for help with a Sky box.

    The sound goes on it...for a couple of days at a time...and then comes back of its own accord.

    Have tried a software update...changed all the cables...left it plugged out for a day...It's def not the tv.

    Called Sky...who sent out an engineer, but of course, the sound was working the day he called so he went off on his merry way again.

    Now it's gone again for the 5th time and it's starting to annoy me. It usually comes back without me doing anything...

    Anyone have any ideas or come across a similar problem before?
    Is my sky box knackered?
