    Anybody know anything about getting a mortgage for a property in Northern Ireland, Would you ask an Irish Bank or Uk one ?

    Try several banks where you live. Try both the local banks and the UK nationals to see which have the best deal.

    It also might be worth speaking to an independent financial advisor, but make sure any fees you might have to pay them are made clear.
