    Anybody else have this problem.

I selected Ireland as region. Before when I did this I got a list of cable companies, and I just selected NTL and away I went.

    thanks

You need to install all available updates if it's a clean install, EPG for Ireland should then be available and you'll get a list of counties and cable service providers.

My copy of WMCE came with 3 disks, two were the actual o/s, and the 3rd was an update disk, I installed that after updating everything else and getting the postal code request. Was only after some head scratching that I realised I hadn't installed this disk. It's definitely an update issue if it's asking for a postcode, or else the region setting isn't set to Ireland.

    thanks Pongo,

It was the rollup 2 update (KB900325).
It wasn't showing up on the windows update feature so I had to manually d/l from Microsoft.
