Best Unplugged Songs ever!

hey, i was lookin though some of my unplugged bookmarks and every song that i have marked i would count the band playing them as one of the best of all time. IMO if a rock band, or any band can play unplugged when their music is not played that way usually, i think deserves the mark of greatness!

So heres my rough top ten of great unplugged songs played by great artists

10:Nirvana - Come As You Are on MTV Unplugged

9:Alice In Chains - Over Now on MTV Unplugged

8:Tori Amos - Cornflake Girl on Storytellers

7:Dave Matthews - Tripping Billies on Storytellers

6:Nirvana - All Apologies on MTV Unplugged

5:Queens of the stone age - Burn the Witch on MTV Unplugged

4:Mark Lanegan Band - Hit the City On.. some irish show funny enough

3:Pearl Jam - Jeremy on MTV Unplugged

2:Kiss MTV Unplugged - Rock And Roll All Night on MTV Unplugged

1:Alice In Chains - Nutshell on MTV Unplugged

All in rough order.. but now that i've pasted them, im not happy with the list, so much good unplugged music out there. Oasis should get somewhere on that list, maybe they will fit into someone elses along with bob dylan and george michael!

Got to say Jack L did a great acoustic version of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" on The Panel last week it actually made me like the song!

i agree, i thought it was a terrible cover! Then again, i didnt think the acustic version of layla was all that amazing! I do admit, its a classic song, and he reworked it brilliantly, but that happens with most songs when you play them a million times over and over. He just played a classic song another way

There is a much better version of that song on Mark Lanegans album I'll Take Care of You. (was out before Nirvana Unplugged) with Kurt Colbane playing guitar (or bass, i'm not sure which) on it.
