A group of creditors claiming to be owed monies by Smart Telecom has been established to "ensure that all outstanding creditors of the telecommunications company Smart Telecom are dealt with in a proper and responsible fashion". Chaired by business advisor Martin Ferris, the Smart Creditors Action Group (SCAG) issued a statement on Wednesday setting out their goals. The group said it will "act akin to a Creditors Committee of Inspection in a Liquidation situation" to monitor the actions taken by Smart's directors and management.
