Number of people to start a new job last year.

Hello, Tried www.cso.ie but wasn't able to find the relevant figure. Would anyone have an idea of the number of people to start a new job last year? This would not include people being promoted within a company. Even better would be the number of jobs advetised within the same year. Regards, JB.
