Hoping for a Shels slip up, it'd certainly make the league closing stages a lot more interesting.

Well, it's close enough as it is. Top two positions after Derry's 4-0 win tonight....

    Shels Pl 24 Pts 52
    Derry Pl 23 Pts 48

Top two meet next Tuesday in Brandywell....

    It finished 4-0.

I just wonder if it was that Derry were superb or that we were brutal. :( Please let it be a combination of the two.

Am I the only one who fully expects Derry to beat Shels next week and then go on to bottle it themselves?

After Rovers brilliant start to the Season i'm afraid they are starting to falter a bit. They only drew with Waterford at the weekend.

Please god they will be up for the Cup game against Derry next weekend.

I think after last season they wont botte it. I certainly hope not. I'd hate to see shels win the league.

Both sides have been a class above everybody this season. But

Derry have been much the better team this season IMO.

Even when Shels did beat Derry the season, they didnt deserve too.

Shels are just so experienced and know how to turn draws into wins etc. They were 2-0 down to Bray and came back to win 3-2, thats great character.
