It seems a little harsh if someone joins boards and has an interest in soccer he was to post 50 times on different topics before he is alowed post on here.

    Just encourages spam elsewhere.

Don't understand the logic for this change.

Spamming won't help. It gives us a chance to see the quality of the posts by the poster. I've spotted too many duplicate accounts applying of late.

Quality posters or those that agree with the mods views that chosen day?

If you make one more non-soccer post complaining about the mods in the soccer forum I will ban you.

You feel we have a vendetta but to me it seems you have a vendetta. Obviously bitching here isn't going to help.

There is a place for that. Feedback or Helpdesk. Take it there or drop it.

    You've been warned.

Excuse me but this is a thread about the charter and not soccer. Why don't you read the title before going off on a little childish rant.

I don't think anyone has a vendetta against me, you and T4TF seem to think you know me and my mind. I am making a point about the Charter, nothing about the mods. I have already made it clear in the previous thread the Charter seems very bias towards the mods and they can more or less do what they want and no questions asked.

This is a valid point but you can't mention it or you get the usual cr*p like you have spouted above that "I will ban you" which is the exact problem I stated in the first place.

If you can't discuss this like a proper mature person then I will leave it(Feedback is useless) and you can carry on with the charter. But if you have grown up in the last 5 mins could you please explain the reasons behind the charter and this in particular:

If you are considered a disruptive influence by the moderators or the admins your access to this board will be removed and your readmittance will be at the discretion of the mods of the forum

I didn't know we had move to a dictatorship on soccer forum yet and you can't ask questions.

Nor do I. I guess its been a while since any new rules were created, must be boring.

The strict rules were brought into the soccer forum arising from a chaotic period of flaming and abuse, and in general an unmanageable forum. Since then, it has been relatively calm, yet more rules and red-tape are being applied. Why?

Wouldn't a week and and 10 posts prevent Spam just as much but not force posters to post in areas their not interested in just so they can get access to Soccer?

    Explain this....

It was explained in the other thread, you should read it. That rule has been in place for years. The only reason I can think of for you to think that it is a terrible thing is that you feel you are disruptive influence and don't want to be banned. Perhaps you should read the response that you got in that other thread, breathe for a couple of minutes, understand what was written and then go against your first instinct to post another whinging rant and understand that this was in place well before you noticed it and that you never had any problem with it before. And the fact that you have a problem with it now reflects more on you than anybody else.

@ Reactor, there has been one more rule applied. It is not a rule on the soccer forum, it is a rule on the access requests forum and will not effect anybody already here. We have had a members of soccer who have already admitted that they have had second accounts with access to soccer. The admins have been monitoring access requests and have said that there are people who have either had access revoked or have already got access to soccer who are applying again. This rule id to make it a level playing field for everybody, so that if somebody gets a ban it stands against them and is actually meaningful.

@Irish1, Devore was not even all that pleased that we went away from the sponsorship model, and it was he who had to put up with the fallout from the last soccer collapse. We ran the two months thing past him when it was originally conceived and while not happy with it (thought it was a bit soft) he agreed to see how it went. Now it is being seen that people are taking advantage of the rules that are in place and registering second accounts just to get onto soccer (seems that Dev was right, but there is no surprise there, it is a bit soft) and the rules have been changed in line with that.

Actually, this thread was for information purposes not a discussion.
I don't think anyone has a vendetta against me, you and T4TF seem to think you know me and my mind. I am making a point about the Charter, nothing about the mods. I have already made it clear in the previous thread the Charter seems very bias towards the mods and they can more or less do what they want and no questions asked.

What has the mood of the mods got to do with it? It isn''t in the charter, your comment was precisely aimed at the mods.

This is a valid point but you can't mention it or you get the usual cr*p like you have spouted above that "I will ban you" which is the exact problem I stated in the first place.

Actually the exact problem in this cae is you try bring in needly little comments where ever you can. Outside soccer, I don't care. But not in the forum.

If you can't discuss this like a proper mature person then I will leave it(Feedback is useless) and you can carry on with the charter. But if you have grown up in the last 5 mins could you please explain the reasons behind the charter and this in particular:

I can discuss it maturely, in the right place.

However, your inability to read simple english and take this to another forum, just earned you a ban. 2 weeks.
If you are considered a disruptive influence by the moderators or the admins your access to this board will be removed and your readmittance will be at the discretion of the mods of the forum

I didn't know we had move to a dictatorship on soccer forum yet and you can't ask questions.
Actually, all of boards is a dictatorship so we didn't move to one, it was always there.
