A great game at Tolkja today - very fiercly contested, a bad injury to one of the lebanese, and a last minute equaliser (the conversion went in off the post btw!!!!!)

Lebanon's third try was a bad intercept - Irelanbd were in a similar position in the seconde half but the young lad didn't have the legs to finish over 60 meters.

Great game. Poor crowd though - maybe 200 at most (including a posse of 20 unruly kids waiting for the ref to turn up for the ref for their soccer match across the road to turn up!)?

Not advertised really here in Dublin which was very stupid, to be honest, as I'm sure even a lot of the Aussies over for the international rules game (in croke park down the road - I went to both) would have supported their countrymen ( :) ) if they'd known about it....

Here's one for ya, in advance of a potentially disastrous home draw for our soccer team against the might of San Marino next week:

What's the difference between the Irish soccer and Irish rugby league teams?

There's only one Waynekerr on the rugby league team.
