Paddy Power poker connection

My mate has the paddypower poker thingy on his laptop, trouble is we are living in a student residence and behind a college firewall and it won't connect for him? Does anyone know how to solve this issue????

Use the poker forum under Games -> Real World Games

Anyhoo, Paddy Power won't work. There are Java based clients that will. For example, PokerRoom uses a web based Java Client.
