best program for animated gifs

    ok need your help here chaps

    tried to export from flash to animated GIF but came out all over the shop, so i exported it as a bitmap sequence

    does anyone know the best program to use to fling thse all together?

    Well I don't know if it's the best program as it's not the easiest to use - but if you have Photoshop then it usuallycomes bundled with Imageready. There you can make animated gifs.

    CS2 has the imageready animation palet built into photoshop so no need to touch imageready if you don't like it. Put each image on a different layer and fiddle with the visibility for each keyframe. Pick save for web when done.
