Painting a dish

I'm sure this has been asked before but can't seem to dig an answer out of the archives.

Anyway - my Sky supplied dish is in bad need of some paint and I'm wondering are there recommendations for paints, etc.. For mount, lnb arm & back of dish I'm just going to use some hammerite but is that suitable for the face of the dish as well ? If not what type of paint would be suitable. Dish is currently dismantled so I can get at it properly without having to worry about spraying onto the house or covering the lnb, etc.. Just looking for a plain black finish on it.

Not shiny, not bright, non-metallic and waterproof.

Covers a lot! Sand it / wire brush it. Hammerite seems to work fine.

Dark grey, sky grey and fake brick pattern are options too.

I've used non-metallic car spray paint and non-metalic radiator enamel spray paint too.
