(I am not looking for medical advice, just so the mods know)

Is anyone else experiencing the weird phenomenon of headaches this week? Last headaches I got was during the leaving cert and those books have cobwebs by now! I've met countless ppl who have been taking nurofen like smarties all week to no avail? Is it the weather? Is it moon? ..... or is it something else????

Yep all day yesterday which is unusual. But i am dehydrated and have a viral infection and fluid in the ears that just will not go away at the moment so i think that might account for that.

Christmas ads (stress!!) and the halloween bangers going off already might account for the rest!

First thing to do is check your head for holes. Larger than normal holes. After that its ensuring that your baseball cap isnt too tightly on that could cut off the circulation. Then you could get earplugs for all the sirens. then you could ensure that you haven't left the iron on and accidentally also left it on your head. Blood, bruising and healin g cuts are telltale signs that you have been smacked hard in the face. Failing that i would suggest a teeny little person is occasionally stopping time with a magical watch and smacking you really hard about the head with a cheap ALDI lumphammer.
