I have a 360 , Had it well over 6 months , but obviously under a year. Now the headset works intermitently , but is well broken. The question is , is the headset covered under my warrenty ? or do I have to be not tight and spend the 20e and buy myself a new one.

I had a broken controller, well stiff 'A' button, rang customer support, he told me to send it back, before I even had time to send it back I got the new one! Didn't bother sending it off in the end, and the A button on the controller is actually ok now... 5 wireless controllers?!?! So i presume the headset should be the same anyway!

I don't think accessories like a headset have a 1 year warranty, but ask MS support, they'll know for sure.
