Its €209.99 which is the same price as the 17" and cheaper than another unknown (to me) brand they are selling VUSYS???

Anyway could be a wrong price on website... looks great though... Wife is badgering me for a bigger one.. hers is 15" and i got the Aldi 19" last time around!!!

Its possible this one AL1916WAs-19" Wide which all i can find review wise is 5 stars from most people on the german amazon page

Yep. It's a lovely monitor. I got one on Komplett for €219 about a 2 months ago and it goes lovely with my xbox 360.

How do you find it for the xbox? Do you have sepearate sound for it? I'm itching to get a HD screen for mine but would probably hold off for a larger TV

It's perfect for the xbox.

You really do need a seperate sound system though. I have the sound plugged into a surround system via the optical cable.

anyone got a seperate tuner to use this as a tv? how did it function?

How's the connectivity of the monitor.

If it is the model mentioned it seems to only have a VGA port and not DVI. Am I wrong?

Just VGA yes.

I think there are such things out there as Scart to VGA adapters... probably not too cheap though.
