Strange 1/2 Deep Hand

Playing on Stars last night. This was a really strange hand that took place.

I'd gotten lucky earlier when I stacked the the villains AA with TT on a 789 flop. He seems to be ok, but is a little too fond of the check-raise.

6 handed. Effective stacks are 500. He is the BB. I open for 10 with two black aces. Only the BB calls.

    Flop (21)

    AJ8 all diamonds.

He checks. I bet 20. He immediately makes it 60. I call. Does anyone like 3-betting here?

    Turn (141)

    4h

He checks. I bet 100 (is this bet horrific?) He immediately shoves.

I have absolutely no idea what he's holding. What hand would try check-raising flop and turn?

    Call or fold?

call, jump out of your seat and start screaming "pair the **** board".

Don’t like 3betting in that spot, he will only call with the flush or a another but another set is not very likely .
His check on the turn is very strange but you should only bet there thinking he does not have the flush and if he doesn’t then your being anything else so you should call the shove .im not found of the bet on the turn however.
Im thinking his got something like KQ with K of diamonds .the way the hand played out specially with his check on the turn I cant see you being behind here often however I would have still check behind on the turn incase he is a donkey and went for a check/raise on the turn with a flush.

Villain has something like 56 of diamonds but I'm calling anyway cause the board is sure to pair.

I play the hand the same way and call the push

I bet the turn because I didnt think a made flush would check-raise two streets. I eventually called. He had KJ with the Kd and MHWG.

MHWG = wtf does this mean then? Was the river an irrelevant non diamond?

I kinda like 3 betting the flop. I wanna get as much dolla's in the pot before another diamond ruins my lovely hand. I think then nut flush draw will convince himself to call a 3bet.
