New Location - New Class

    Defend U Ireland BJJ has moved location in Swords and are commencing a new Tuesday night class tomorrow.... new studio has sprung floors and air conditioning :D


    New location: Backstreet Dance Studios, Airside Retail Park
    (First right after the Tulip Inn)

    Class Times: Tuesday and Thursday 7.00 - 8.30pm

    Clashing with Swords Judo and Lusk and most of the surrounding area, if it were on anotherday, i might have given it a go, help with the old ground work,
